No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. No name changes will be permitted under any circumstances. Any physical items like a merchandise item and commemorative laminate will be handed out on the night of the show. Any collectible laminate is commemorative and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas. Live Nation Finland Oy ("Live Nation") is responsible for the concert and the ticket purchased for the concert according to its effective Terms of Use. However, Live Nation does not provide the offered VIP packages' additional content related to concert and thus does not affect the pricing of the VIP packages. Thus, Live Nation shall not be liable for the VIP packages' content, quality, implementation, timetables, pricing or cancellations or any related incident in any circumstances.
