New country. New culture. New dog. Same confused American.
Sold out in Frankfurt last February — back by demand, one night only. Sold out across five countries: Germany, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Sun 17 Jan · Doors 18:00 · From 15€ going up to 28€ at the door
Note for February's audience: this is the same show that sold out at Kulturhaus Frankfurt — back for everyone who couldn't get a ticket. New material coming in fall 2027.
I know it's a risk to see a comedian you don't know.
So here's what the people who took that chance said:
"I was cracking up the entire time. If this tour is your way of apologizing, apology fully accepted." — Maria, Frankfurt
"Two full hours of nonstop laughter and amazing vibes." — Yepakh, Dresden
"Highly recommend to US expats, Germans, or honestly anyone who has ever tried to navigate cultural differences without losing their mind." — Lukas, Berlin
"The price was surprisingly low. I would have paid more." — Andreia, Luxembourg
Sold-out shows so far in Berlin, Frankfurt, Dresden, Nuremberg and Heidelberg.
From a small town in America to a Berlin apartment with a German wife and a very needy dog, this is a personal, punchy show about getting lost — literally and emotionally — in a new country. No German, no volume control, no national pride.
Pat Moore digs into the strange, funny and occasionally humiliating business of being an American trying to adapt to life in Germany. Cross-cultural relationships. Bureaucracy. The textile-free wellness centre. Dog-related trauma.
It's for anyone who's ever moved abroad, dated across cultures, or wanted a personal apology from an American.

About the comedian
Pat Moore is an American stand-up comedian based in Berlin. His previous solo show, MAMAS' BOY ~ Lesbian Son Comedy Hour, toured 28 European cities. He's an alumnus of the San Francisco Comedy Competition, a finalist of the Berlin New Standup Awards, and has performed for Don't Tell Comedy.
His comedy is storytelling-forward, self-deprecating, and deeply confused — just like he is. He lives in Berlin with his German wife and a suspiciously photogenic dog.
